Important information to know
$50 Deposit Required: A $50 consultation deposit is required to book your appointment. This will be credited toward your consultation fee.
Insurance: We DO NOT accept insurance for consultations or memberships. Some labs and medications may be covered by insurance, but we are not responsible for any costs incurred. Insurance typically does not cover bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), as these treatments come from a compounding pharmacy. However, oral progesterone and certain patches or inserts are often covered by insurance. If you have any questions about coverage, please discuss with your provider during your consultation. HSA/FSA Eligible: Many services, including consultations, labs, and compounded medications, are eligible
for HSA/FSA payments.
Our process
Initial consultation:
New patients: $250 one-time fee
Includes a comprehensive evaluation of health history, symptoms, and a full functional health
workup to ensure a holistic approach. This also includes a detailed lab review appointment to
develop a personalized optimization plan of care.
Existing patients: $200 one-time fee
Your Continuous plan:
This is billed following your Lab Follow-Up Consultation.
Standard Level
- This level includes interpretation of lab results for optimization and is for patients who choose to get labs done elsewhere such as an outpatient lab.
- Includes follow-up appointments as deemed necessary by your provider.
- Concierge care with our staff members including nursing staff at any time through our secure online portal, Optimantra.
- Medication management and prescription refills.
Premium Level
- 20% off repeat labs completed in-office and recommended by your provider
- 20% off one monthly IV infusion
- Free b12 injection every month
- 20% off Skin Care Consultation
- 10% off any additional labs requested by patient during your follow-up appointment and completed at the time of your repeat lab draw
- Lab interpretation for optimization
- Follow-up appointments every 3 months or as deemed necessary by your provider.
- Concierge care with our staff members including nursing staff at any time through our secure online portal, Optimantra.
- Medication management and prescription refills.
Elite Level
- 50% off one monthly IV infusion
- A free B12 injection every month
- 20% off skin care consultation
- All repeat labs determined as needed by provider are included
- At-cost pricing on any additional labs requested by patient during your follow-up appointment and completed at the time of your repeat lab draw
- Follow-up appointments every 3 months or as deemed necessary by your provider.
- Concierge care with our staff members including nursing at any time through our secure online portal, Optimantra.
- Medication management and prescription refills.
If you are a current LoseIt/LostIt patient and want to add any of these programs, your membership fee will be adjusted accordingly to your chosen level. You will still retain all LoseIT and LostIT benefits (app, Facebook group, etc.).
After the Initial Consultation and Lab Follow-Up (Second Consultation), patients will have 30 days to select a Continuous Membership Plan. Billing for the chosen plan will begin on the date of selection.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Pellets
We proudly offer BHRT Pellet Therapy as one of our advanced wellness solutions. We prioritize safety and effectiveness by requiring a consultation with our provider and comprehensive lab testing to determine if pellet therapy is the right option for you.

Additional Details to know
- Initial lab review visit will be approximately 2 weeks after lab work is completed. This visit is included in all plans.
- Follow-up visits: Every 3 months and/or as determined by provider.
- Lab work required: Typically, every 6 months although there may be some exceptions to this as this is individualized to your needs and desires.
- If lab work is required, it must be completed at least 2 weeks before scheduled follow-up visits for optimal medication management.
- We will reach out directly to you for scheduling your appointment and will provide an online booking to make it convenient for YOU!
